We were absolutely smitten by the love in the air at Nina and Matts wedding and so happy to be a part of this loved up duos celebrations. Nina and Matt came to us looking for the perfect venue where they could celebrate their special day all in one place.
As the day began, our beautiful bride and her squad were all dolled up with their hair and makeup done in the charming Chancellor’s room. The private exclusive setting on site gave the bride-to-be time to enjoy the morning with her maids, in a relaxed atmosphere, before heading down the aisle.
The Cullen room and its beautiful view of Sydney’s skyline, became the backdrop for the couples ceremony, where family and friends looked on as the bride and groom said their I do’s and two became one. They chose a stunning four-post floral arbour as their backdrop, held up by the bridal party so it was easily followed with them during the proceedings.
Sydney turned on the beautiful weather and once the ceremony concluded the couple wandered through our stunning grounds, finding secret gardens and perfect spots for creating unique photo memories of their special day.
The bride and groom chose the stunning Refectory as the place to celebrate their wedding with family and friends, keeping their styling a secret until the doors of the reception opened. The space donned beautiful floral stands with pink and gold accents, a sea of tealight candles and stunning Chandeliers hanging from draped greenery on gorgeous long wooden tables, giving the space an elegant rustic vibe throughout.
With the reception under way, the couple and their special guests were treated to a delicious sharing menu giving the evening a relaxed family affair. A big hit were the yummy charcuterie stands, a side dish of our chef’s special potato gnocchi and the 24hr braised Lamb shoulder with pomegranate glaze and tomato couscous.
This is definitely one of our fave weddings here at HostCo and with the stunning styling and beautiful snaps, it gave us all the lovely romantic feels.
