A traditional event hosted each year to celebrate the accomplishments of the University of Sydney Union underwent a styling makeover this year thanks to the wonderful team from Decorative Events. The gorgeous seasonal décor delighted guests with the bright spring florals and crisp white furnishings, creating a vibrant new look in the Refectory.
Our new Executive Chef, Dominique Heitz showcased his impressive skills, tantalising tastebuds with a customised menu bursting with premium produce and fresh contemporary flavours. The gourmet cheese station and dessert room were a big hit with the guests before moving outdoors into the Courtyard to complete a wonderful evening with some dancing under the stars.
