Where we plan to conduct photography/videography at events, we will notify you via signage and provide alternate routes so that you may avoid the designated area.

HostCo should be given 30 days to respond. We take complaints very seriously and will respond within the response period mentioned above after receiving written notice of your complaint. In most circumstances it will be necessary for us to identify you in order to successfully do business with you, however, where it is lawful and practicable to do so, we will offer you the opportunity of doing business with us without providing us with personal information.
