Located within the beautiful heritage grounds of Sydney University, HostCo is a bespoke catering and events company, delivering memorable experiences for every type of event, from weddings, conferences and gala dinners to intimate gatherings. Previously known as The Venue Collection – we've been doing events for over 40 years before rebranding as HostCo in 2015.

HostCo specialises in utilising the University's unique venues, such as the historic Great Hall and the MacLaurin Hall, for a range of events. Our expertise extends beyond the campus, as we also cater to offsite locations and various other venues across Sydney.

Whether it's an intimate dinner for 10 or a grand event for over 2,000 guests, HostCo is equipped to deliver exceptional catering experiences. Our ability to cater to gatherings of all sizes and at diverse locations makes us a preferred choice for events in Sydney.

Where are we located?

Level 4, Holme Building, Science Road
University of Sydney, NSW 2006

Pay & Display parking is available on Science Road and around the University of Sydney at a flat rate. Hourly parking is available after 3pm except at the Western Avenue and Shepherd Street Car parks.

Driving away from the city on Parramatta Road turn left into the grounds at the Ross Street entrance, then take the first left onto Science Road. Drive up Science Road and you will arrive at the Holme Building.

Central station is a 20-minute walk along George Street and Parramatta Road. Alternatively, jump on a bus from Central and hop off at the Footbridge bus stop.

Buses to and from Central station are frequent and easy to catch to the grounds. If you are arriving by bus, there are convenient stops on Parramatta Road. Then it’s a short walk up the Footbridge steps.
