The catering was spot on — fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. The HostCo team made everything run seamlessly, from setup to service. Easily one of the best campus venues we’ve partnered with for alumni networking events.

The Chancellors Room was the perfect setup for our board meeting. Everything was ready on arrival, the signage made it easy to find, and the staff were professional and helpful throughout. The catering was perfect, one of our Korean delegates made a special point of saying he loved the chicken option!

We had our wedding at the University of Sydney with HostCo, and it was absolutely perfect. Tran, Joe, and the team were incredible, and nothing was ever too much trouble, even when I changed my mind a few times in the lead-up! The food was a standout, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about it. Our guests had an amazing time, and the food received so many compliments. The string trio, the lush greenery, and the beautiful arbour arranged through their partnered supplier truly brought everything together. I recommend this venue very highly, thank you again for a perfect day!

HostCo helped us put together an amazing graduation party with cocktails, canapés and a beautiful setup in their biggest banquet hall (Refectory Room). Everyone was saying the food and the service was excellent. The DJ and photobooth made it even more fun. We’ve hosted our graduation celebration here every year and it’s always such a great time!

My wife and I just celebrated our wedding at the Great Hall, and having HostCo as our caterer was the best decision we made. Helen was incredibly supportive from start to finish—always responsive and helpful as we planned every detail, from the food and drinks to seating and the schedule. We filmed part of Married at First Sight S12 at HostCo and had a great experience. The venue provided a stunning backdrop and plenty of flexibility for our production needs. The team was professional, accommodating, and easy to work with. They also put together a delicious crew meal that kept everyone well-fed throughout the day.

HostCo provided exceptional service for our 50th Retrospective in the Cullen Room. Tran was a huge help with planning and AV, and the food, service, and setup were excellent. Guests loved the Cullen Room murals, and the Refectory made good talking points. Great value for a catered event — highly recommend!

We just wrapped up a graduation event at the Refectory, and the entire HostCo team was a pleasure to work with. The event space was absolutely gorgeous, and the AV and stage setup worked perfectly for speeches. It made the whole event feel really polished and professional for our students and guests.
